*For the GAP Summit we are offering a $500 discount for additional attendees from the same company ($1500 per person). In addition, the Early Bird Discount will also apply to registrations paid on or before the Early Bird Deadline of August 25th for a total discount of $1,000 for additional attendees from the same company paid by the deadline.
Terms & Conditions: The Early Bird discount applies only when payment is received on or before the Early Bird Discount Deadline listed in the chart above for each event. Payment in full must be received prior to the event.
Confirmations: Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please call Angie Johnson at (817) 788-8121 ext. 238.
Accommodations: Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
Cancellations and Refunds: A replacement may be sent from your company if you are unable to attend, or if we receive a written cancellation request at least two (2) weeks prior to the conference date, you will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received within the two (2) weeks prior to the conference.
