Terms & Conditions
Payment & Registration Confirmation: Payment must be received prior to the
event. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact

Discounts: The Early Bird discount applies
only when payment is received on or before the Early Bird Discount Deadline noted above for each event. Payment in full must be received prior to the event.
Cancellations and Refunds: A replacement may be sent from
your company if you are unable to attend, or if we receive a written cancellation request at least two (2) weeks prior to the conference date, you
will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds
will be issued on cancellation requests received within the two (2) weeks prior
to the conference.
Accommodations:
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Venue
information can be found on each event's information page.
