• Draft, prepare, and file insurance policy form and rate packages for CLIPs and for consumer-level insurance products, such as GAP insurance, credit P&C insurance, cell phone insurance, and credit life and disability insurance

• Value insurance companies or particular blocks of business

• Issue formal actuarial opinions for insurance and reinsurance companies to comply with regulatory requirements

• Prepare federal income tax returns and supporting statutory accounting financial statements for offshore insurers and reinsurers

• Issue formal expert opinions for use in lawsuits, reinsurance arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution venues

• Educate the industry through publications, industry meeting presentations, CreditRe seminars and conferences, and in-house presentations
